Ditch all sodas!!!! Diet drinks are the worst, followed closely by the sugar laden types. The diet drinks will destroy your liver and kidneys and the sugar laden types increase the inflammation that's behind many of our aches, pains and disease processes! If you need a fizzy drink try Kombucha - you'll learn to love it, I promise.
