As you may have already read on an earlier post, I am in the middle of packing to move from Dallas to San Diego. So in the midst of my packing project, my radio show and my tele-seminars, I've been working on a blog post on probiotics. So you can imagine just how excited I was to find this article written by one of the foremost experts on the subject, Donna Gates! I have referred to her site several times and find both her book and her probiotic starters to be fantastic!
This particular article from the Huffington Post is specifically about probiotics and heart health, so I'll still post my own research later.
Here are some of the best of my grocery store finds for healthy probiotic rich foods. Over the next few posts I'll be sharing some great recipes for delicious probiotic rich foods you can make at home and save TONS of money!
|Now days you can find probiotic-rich foods made from cow's milk free sources like goat or sheep's milk, almonds, coconut and even greens!|
