It's Veg Week Friday - Time for Some Mac & Cheese!

Who doesn't love a great mac & cheese?  I know I'm a fan.  So what better weekend dish to make than a dolled-up, ooy, gooy, creamy, delicious mac & cheese with a twist!  In fact, it tastes so decadent that you won't even notice that it's loaded with veggies that pack quite a nutritional punch.  

Baked 5 Cheese Pasta Penne with Cherry Tomatoes and Tuscan Kale

This one contains no cow's milk and can be made with wheat or gluten free pasta.  It's one of my favorite vegetarian comfort foods from my cookbook, OMG! That's Allergy Free?

Once you've tried it you will never look at the blue box again!
